About us
Synapse Flow Solutions Single-Member P.C. is a technology company that works remotely with businesses, research groups and EU consortia across Greece and the EU, in Greek and English. Our base is Heraklion, Crete.
What we do
- Data Prediction & Explainability: predictive models with realistic accuracy estimates and clear explanations, audits of existing models and custom data pipelines.
- EU Projects & Research Partnerships: joining EU consortia as the AI/ML partner, from the proposal stage or in a project that is already running.
- Websites for Small Businesses: from a simple presentation site to an online shop, with hosting and support if you need them.
How we work
- Remote by default. We work by email and video call with clients anywhere in Greece and the EU, and meet in person in Crete if you prefer.
- Everything in writing. Scope, timeline and a fixed quote are agreed in writing and go into the contract.
- Clear deliverables. Every package has defined deliverables and acceptance criteria.
- Results you can check. Accuracy estimates with confidence intervals, explanations and documentation of each step.
- Data protection. Every project is covered by a non-disclosure agreement and a data-processing agreement. Where possible, the work runs on your own infrastructure.
