Project request form

When you submit the request form we receive the details you enter: your name and email address and, if you provide them, your company, phone number and the information about your project. We use them only to reply to your request and to prepare a possible proposal (legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

The form sends your request to us by email. It is not stored in a database on the website. We keep request emails for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting cooperation, and delete them within two years if no cooperation follows.

To protect the form from abuse, the server keeps a one-way hash of your IP address for one hour (legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Analytics cookies

With your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), we use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits to the website. Google Analytics is loaded only after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. It then sets the cookies _ga and _ga_<ID>, which last up to two years. Google Ireland Limited processes this data on our behalf. The data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (sf-consent). If you decline, no analytics cookie is set. You can change your choice at any time:
