Websites for Small Businesses

We design and build websites for small businesses, from a simple presentation site to an online shop with card payments. We offer three clear tiers, each stating exactly what it includes. Hosting and support are optional.

Where we can help

  • Customers search for you online and find nothing, an outdated page or only a social-media profile.
  • You want to show your products or services, but every change to the website needs a developer.
  • You would like customers to order or pay online instead of by phone.
  • Confirmations, reminders and follow-up emails are sent by hand.

Durations count from the day we receive the data or content, after the contract is signed and the first payment is made.

Prices are indicative starting prices excluding VAT. Customers in Greece and private individuals pay 24% Greek VAT. Businesses with a valid VAT number in another EU country are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism. The final quote is given in writing once the scope is agreed. Projects up to €2,000 are paid in full when the contract is signed. Larger projects are paid 50% on signing and 50% before final delivery.

Hosting & support

  • Hosting is a yearly subscription with an established hosting provider: your site stays online with an SSL certificate and daily backups. For Tiers 1 and 2 it costs from €180/year + VAT. Tier 3 runs its own application and stores customer data, so its hosting is priced in the written scope.
  • Support after launch is your choice:
    • Support subscription: €75/month + VAT. It includes up to 1 hour of small changes per month (unused time does not carry over) and a reply within 2 business days. Changes to the agreed scope are not part of support and are quoted separately.
    • Per request: €55/hour + VAT, quoted in writing each time.
    • None: you handle it yourself.
  • You can also host the site yourself. At launch we hand over everything you need.

Building the site is quoted once, in the written scope. Hosting and support are quoted in the same document.

Frequently asked questions

Can you build a website for my business in Crete or elsewhere in Greece?

Yes. We design, build and host websites for small businesses in Heraklion, across Crete and throughout Greece, in Greek and English. Everything works remotely: the scope is agreed in writing, you review the site through a preview link, and we talk by phone or video call.

Which tier do I need?

If you mainly want to be found and contacted, Tier 1 is enough. Choose Tier 2 to update texts, products and prices yourself. Choose Tier 3 if you need customer accounts or an online shop. Email marketing can be added to any tier. The questions above help you choose, and we confirm the tier in the written scope.

How are the scope and price agreed?

In writing. You tell us what you need and when. We reply with a written scope and timeline, adjust it with you and then send a fixed quote. Scope and quote go into the contract, which takes effect when it is signed and the first payment is made. Work starts once we receive your content (texts, photos, logo).

What if we need changes later?

It depends on their size. Small changes (up to about 4 hours of work) are charged at €55/hour + VAT, with a written estimate before we start. Larger changes, such as new features, moving to a higher tier or anything that changes the scope or timeline, go through the standard process as a new request: written scope, fixed quote and a contract addendum. The original scope and price stay protected.

Will I be able to update the website myself?

From Tier 2 upwards, yes, through a simple editor. In Tier 1 we make the changes for you.

What happens if something does not work after launch?

Every website comes with a 3-month testing period, counted from the day of final delivery. You and your customers use the site in real conditions, and we fix any bugs that appear free of charge. The testing period covers bugs only. New features or changes to the agreed scope are handled as change requests.

Who owns the domain and the content?

You do. Domains, payment accounts and content are registered in your business's name. If we register the domain for you, it is billed at cost with no markup, and renewals are added to the yearly hosting invoice. If you host the site yourself, you renew the domain yourself.

Can you also host and support the site after launch?

Yes. Hosting is a yearly subscription. Support is your choice: a monthly support subscription, payment per request, or none. You can also host the site yourself.

Have a project in mind?

Tell us what you want to achieve. We reply in writing to every request.
